I had so much fun with Carrie & Marc on their wedding day at the Indiana State Museum, from their first look at the top of the INDIANA statue and photo time with the Bello Romance Photography team through their lovely ceremony setup courtesy of Wow Factors/Evans Audio Visual. The reception rocked as well with dinner service (and epic dessert spread) by Kahn’s Catering and music by Living Proof, while planner Jeanne Milan did a fantastic job overseeing all of the day’s details. Sometimes last-minute bookings are the most fun. Ashley & John had attended a wedding a weekend or two before their own and realized they wanted to preserve the memories of their big day on video. After a cute first-look and lovely ceremony at Plainfield Christian Church, they headed downtown for photos on Monument Circle with Sara & Mallary Photography.
The reception took place at the Conrad, whose ballroom was decked out in stunning fashion with orchids provided by Hilltop Orchids. The formalities were highlighted by a surprise “first dance” arranged for John’s parents, who were not able to enjoy a first dance at their own wedding nearly 40 years ago. The great band Living Proof (whose agent Lisa Sauce of Blonde Entertainment referred this event to us) took it from there, and the guests enjoyed singing into the clever “microphones” made from mixing spoons by one of the bridesmaids.

With the Indy 500 just around the corner, Kaitie & Richie brought plenty of Race Day cheer to their wedding at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and reception at the Westin. Coverage started with a rehearsal dinner fiesta at Adobo Grill, then continued the next morning as the guys gathered for some old school shaves & cuts at Red’s Classic Barber Shop, while the gals got ready at the Westin. After a sweet gift exchange in which the firefighter groom scored a cool new helmet, everyone headed to St. Mary’s for the beautiful ceremony.
After photos on a classic firetruck, we headed to Monument Circle for some photos with Kevin & Alicia Monahan, then returned to the Westin (who referred Kaitie & Richie to us), where some incredible race-themed decor by Kathy’s Kloset awaited us. A bagpiper led guests into the ballroom, and the band Living Proof took over from there, tearing it up with some killer rock/R&B while the guests hammed it up for Indy Photo Booths.
